Life at the Riad

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

1. Customer reception & admission

The establishment reserves the right to refuse entry:

• to people whose clothing is deemed inappropriate or sloppy;
• to people who are noisy, disrespectful or under the influence of alcohol;
• to people whose behavior is contrary to good morals or public order.

2. Opening Hours & Breakfast

• The reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm .
• Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, it can be served earlier if possible and upon request the day before.

3. Room occupancy, keys and electronic pass

• It is strictly forbidden to bring into the rooms any persons not declared at the time of booking or check-in.
• The number of occupants per room must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking, or at check-in.
• Unless otherwise agreed with the host, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM regardless of arrival time.
• Room keys and electronic access cards are provided upon arrival and must be returned upon departure. Guests are advised to keep their keys and valuables with them at all times.
• In the event of failure to return the keys and electronic pass, an amount of €10 will be charged to the customer's bank card or account.

4. Fresh, filtered water

Two chilled and filtered water dispensers are available free of charge to guests. One is on the ground floor in the corner of the central patio near the kitchen, the other on the terrace near the summer kitchen sink.

5. Board Games

Board game enthusiasts, we hope you find what you're looking for! A few games are available in the first floor lounge: UNO, CODENAMES, TWIN IT, SKYJO (thanks to Giga for his advice ;-)). Take good care of it, our future clients will thank you!

6. Shoes

In order to maintain the cleanliness of the premises, we kindly ask customers to remove their shoes and store them in the cupboard provided at the entrance.
Comfortable indoor slippers are available for your use.

7. Self-tanning products

The use of self-tanning lotions or sprays is strictly prohibited , in order to avoid any orange stains on the bed linen.

8. Animals

Animals are not allowed in the Riad.

9. Use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes

The use of cigarettes and/or vaping devices is prohibited in the Riad except on the terrace where ashtrays are provided. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the potted plants.

10. Food in the rooms

Please do not leave any food inside or outside the rooms.

11. Responsibility

• Secure safes are provided in each room; please use them to store your valuable personal belongings.
• The Riad declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of clients' personal belongings.
• Children remain at all times under the full responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
