General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Wellness and Coaching services are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. Company identification
The company Rad Zahrat Al Fajr, a limited liability company (SARL) registered in the Trade Register of El Jadida, under number 23161, ICE 003652253000048, whose registered office is located at 7 av Moulay Smail in El-Jadida, offers Wellness and coaching services.
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company and any person booking a coaching service via the SimplyBookMe platform.
3. Booking and payment
All reservations are made online via SimplyBookMe and are considered firm and final after full payment.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are secure and processed by 2Checkout (Verifone) or Paypal.
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
4. Booking Confirmation
The reservation is confirmed only after payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
5. Cancellation and Postponement Policy
The services are non-refundable.
However, a session can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
In the event of the client's absence without prior notice, the service is considered due and cannot be subject to any refund or postponement.
6. Delay
Any lateness on the part of the client will be deducted from the scheduled session time without the possibility of extension.
7. Responsibility
Wellness or coaching services do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic services.
The client remains fully responsible for their decisions and actions.
8. Reimbursement
No refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at the company's discretion.
9. Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and is not shared with third parties.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
